"I have lived here for 2+ years. Currently there is roach's, mold, wasp and crickets everywhere. ALL of the buildings have MOLD in them! Every apartment has MOLD. We moved in when Shalise was manger in 2017 It started out good, our apartment was decent then after a few months is when everything went down hill. Roach's kept coming EVERYWHERE and the manger did nothing about it, waited almost 6-8 months after complaining to send the exterminators in. Our first summer here our air conditioner went out and it didnt get fixed till the next year! They hired people to come in and fix it and all they did was take out our fire alarms and make our furnace leak. Our sink in the bathroom leaked so bad the bottom of the Cupboard gave out and sank in. Again no one came and fixed it. A year after we moved in there was a bad storm and flooded all the apartments underneath us. They moved the people out at the bottom but didnt even go down there and clean it up. It grew mold all threw the walls and hall ways. ALL BOTTOM FLOOR APARTMENTS HAVE MOLD IN THEM! From August 2019 till March 2020 there was no landlord no mangers coming to the property. Everyone's rent got stolen out of the drop box and homeless people started kicking in the empty apartments and sleeping in them. April 2020 and new people took over welcome home it's not trigird ( something like that) that has taken over and there still not doing anything! They had "professionals" come and look at my apartment to see what was wrong and tell me what they can do and said " they would be back next week to fix it". Well some weeks later NO ONE has come back. They have hired a security team to " watch the parking lot" there a joke. You see them sleeping in there cars at night and during the day. Homeless people are still sleeping in the empty apartments. They have tried to "up" the security on each building by putting in locked doors on the front and back, but it hasn't done anything but now keep the mold smell in the hall ways and coming into the apartments. Once again there is no land lords no mangers nothing here during the days. The building I lived in went without water for FOUR months and no one did anything about it. Even know all they want to do is "move me somewhere better" the "better" apartment they have is surrounded around other moldy apartments and the apartment is disgusting. they wont hire anyone to come in and spray and when they finally put papers on our doors for the "24 hour notice to enter my apartment " they put it on my door at 930pm all the way to 1am in the morning not even during business hours and not 24 hours in advance! It's a horrible place to live! DO NOT MOVE HERE. They are "fixing" the apartments that they can salvage to some idiot can move in and get stuck! It's a horrible place to live! This is not a safe apartment complex the so called " security " team has keys to everyone apartments and they try to come in at any time! For no reason!! They have done this to my apartment several times! Luckily I always put my chain on my door and they cant make it in! I'm glad I'm glad I have finnally moved, but far warning to the people even considering living here! Consider somewhere else!"

"Worst place ever! The manager don't care about its apartments. Children running in and out the hallway. Trash is everywhere. I live here for about a year and it was the worst place I live in. Wouldn't recommend it to no one."

MEXICANS AND BABIES RUNNING AROUND THE PLACE,PEOPLE SELLING WEED OUTSIDE! WORST PLACE EVER! CAN YOU SAY THE PROJECTS FOR REAL! !!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO ! IT IS ROACH CITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE ROACHES ARE MORE WELCOME THERE THAN THE TENANTS!!!!!!!!!!! I BROKE MY LEASE"
