"I bought gift cards. When I saw the line, I panicked. But it went so quickly, I was in and out. The staff is exceptional!"
"Went in looking for jeans and a coat. I didn't find a coat that I liked however I found a perfect fit for jeans. Ross is "hit or miss". I hit it perfectly. Ended up with a pair of BEAR CLAW boots and a pair of Wolverine snow boots. Would have cost well over $200.00, I paid $58.00 for both! I'm picky, no apparent stitch issue, felt wonderful. Also stumbled across things that I needed for home decor. I absolutely love Ross. My Belton store is fantastic. Great staff."
"Ok it's a cheap place Was clean Excellent Customer Service However there were only 4 employees in the entire store Which all were way over worked & underpaid sure. They seriously need more employees .there was long lines & only 1 cashier ....she was great too ...wish I had her name. She was very professional & trying to get customers in & out quickly. Most were upset having to wait tho. So great deals to be found here. I got several outfits, hair products , Wedding & Birthday gifts & really cute sandels & shoes for under $50 Oh & a super nice adias backpack. Just be kind & patient 2 the employees as no1 wants to b treated badly ...retail jobs suck n they don't pay jack ...u shld give ur employees big raises."
