"Absolutely no help. The person that I did ask did not seem remotely interested in helping us find a shoe. We went to the front to ask the person up there and the only line open was taking way too long so we left. We spent we our money somewhere else."

They had the tags mounted on the top shoe lace hole, and laces couldn't be loosened to try on shoes. Getting someone to move it was like pulling teeth. I had to go to four different people before anyone would help or even try to help. Lines were long and slow moving. It was just a terrible experience all together. We'll never go back there again."

"Utterly incompetent online order fulfillment team. With sale item in-hand at the online order pickup station, I was instructed to check out using the app to get the Black Friday sale price (rather than just getting my $8 savings through price matching their own app). I was told that it would take some time to fill, so I told them Imd just bounce next door to another store while they fulfilled my order (mind you, with that item in front of me). I told them that they should communicate the item's location to the fulfilled because that's the only one I saw on the shelf. I left and did some browsing next door and then got a text notification that my order has been delayed because they could not locate the item. I went back to the store and reminded them that the item was already at the order pickup counter. They refused to fulfill the order, because they said the order had been "cancelled" by their system. I asked them what I should do, and they said that I could place another order through the app. This was literally what I had just done and wasted time wandering around the shopping center waiting for them to fail to fulfill the first order for reasons I had specifically warned them about. Mark's order fulfillment team lacks both intra-team communication skills as well as critical thinking/problem solving skills. I wish Mark well, as I know many retailers are struggling to find competent employees in this labor market."

"Good selection of everything from fishing equipment, sports, even shoes! Store was very clean, which was great because I had to give my newly purchased skates a try. No one minded that I tested them out around every department. Staff was really friendly. Transaction process was quick and easy. Not as big as other stores but also not as busy, which is a plus."
