"Kohl’s Cash is a scam and I will not be returning ever again. I made a purchase on the 1/28/24 and was given $60 in Kohl’s cash. Redeemable from 1/29 - 2/19. I went in yesterday 2/3 to redeem the Kohl’s cash and was informed it has already been used. Standing at the cash register I felt embarrassed with other customers behind me and said I would use my debit card and the little bit of store credit I had. Leaving the store my embarrassment turned to frustration because I know I had not used it. I went back in today to rerun the items and let them know about the issue, and they wanted to give me more Kohl’s cash. They refunded me the card amount and gave me Kohls cash for the store credit I used. And I explained that was the issue to begin with. The lady kindly tried to explain why she had too, but still doesn’t negate the issue at hand. I thanked her and left. She is the only reason they are getting a 1 star. This isn't the first time I’ve had an issue with Kohls, but it will most certainly be the last!"
