"Not very pleased with this location. I walked in and the girls at the counter just looked at me and went back to talking. No “hi how are you, or what can I help with” immediately wanted to leave but decided that I would see if they had what I wanted. I went to the plus area and was struggling to get the sweater from a rack that was too high and no one offered to help. I’m sure they saw me struggling. Was on my way to ask for help and then the girls went separate ways. I walked out and will not be back."
"Came into shop, today. The ladies didn't know how to fix registers.came into store around 2:30. Had items to purchase. The lady in front of me tried to pay in Cash. Which one Register did not take. Put stuff back because of the wait. Left went home and came back at 3:10. The lady paying cash was still waiting for register receipt. Stood in line again with same items. Finally gave up, and walked out."

"This particular location seems to have an issue with friendliness. I went in 09/26/23, the 2 ladies working looked up but never spoke. Only 1 other customer in the store. I shopped around and still no one said anything, I finally decided to just step up to the counter and pick up my order. Spend my money elsewhere"
"I LOVE Maurices as a company. As a larger woman, I really love the stylists and the help that we have always gotten at any location we go to. However, today I experienced a completely different atmosphere. The THREE stylists in the store barely acknowledged my daughters and my existence the entire time we were in this location. No one offered to help us in any way. We found our own dressing rooms and were not offered any of the normal customer service we are used to. The stylists stood in a corner and gossiped the whole time we in the store. I will not be back to this location. Target and Kohl’s are in the same parking lot. Prices are similar to Maurices, They have a larger selection of clothes and offer basically the same customer service. If you are in the area, I suggest you try those places instead and not waste your time at this Maurices location. Very dissatisfied."
