We really are thrilled! He was totally professional, communicative, and clearly knew a tremendous amount about what he was doing. He offered to mix several different colors of stain and put down patches on the floor for us to see what it would really look like. We ended up trying clear/natural sealer as a first step and liked it, so we did not ask for other trials. Jason explained each step and what to expect in terms of the dust or smell in our house, and his descriptions were accurate and helpful. Next time we need the floors done, we will go straight back to Lawson’s and will request Jason (although I would guess that others at the company do a good job, as well)."
