"We left a message at 10:30 pm stating that our furnace was not working. Before 9 am a service call was set up and before noon the technician was here. Our furnace was quickly repaired at a reasonable price. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. I am editing this review. Today was the third time we have used Arrow Appliance repair and once again, we were not disappointed! The quality of service is beyond expectations. Service was quickly scheduled and on time. Justin is very professional , knowledgeable, courteous, and someone I would trust with my house key! This was his second visit to address 2 separate issues we have had with our ice maker and each time he diagnosed the problem and had the repair done in record time. "Matt was excellent! He came to repair the heating mechanism in my stove. He worked quickly and was friendly. He attempted to clean the mess I left in the oven but I cleaned it out instead. He even reset the clock on the stove after making sure it was working correctly. Definitely recommend this company for your appliance repair needs."
