Logical Reasoning:

"Witnessed a younger adult male employee come out of the store for a sec, turn around, then punch the garbage can hard as he went back inside angry. I know younger people need time to learn to gain control of their feelings and use logic, instead, to keep destructive behavior/emotions in check, but this person's behavior goes to show that they've got some learning still to do. I know this world seems azz backwards and is pretty messed up right now with so many ghetto-behaving people being [what seems like] allowed to behave unethically, criminally, destructively, and poorly without any proper consequences. However, to lower ones own standards to behave like a destructive juvenile delinquent with minimal self-control is not okay and should not be viewed as normal, healthy, nor tolerated in, both, society or the workplace. If I were this person's supervisor, [depending on what wholly transpired] I might be very tempted to send them home immediately for a 1-3 day unpaid holiday to chill out, reflect on their choice of action, and to decide if they can do the job in the future without resorting to violence. Giving into anger and violence is a primal act (lacking self-control) and is not a healthy, modern day, adult behavior. I hope this person's day looks up and he gets time to process his feelings properly and regret his actions, but...he needs to know and acknowledge that his behavior was NOT okay for business or for the health of our regional society as a whole. We're all connected no matter how much we wish to think otherwise--our actions/inactions affect everyone around us and our community's health. I was young and did plenty of stupid things when I gave into my emotions, but as time goes by I/we learn the valuable lesson that we must strive to keep our brain in control and reason things out from varying perspectives. I'm not exactly sure why this young gentleman became angry, but I do hope he gains control of his emotions through diligent practice. Our community needs better-behaving citizens and more responsible adults whom are beneficial to us all. Life is full of trying moments, but it's the greater-grown person whom gets through it with the best of attitudes. If he were one of my sons, I'd be asking him, "what caused you to become so angry? Was the emotional toll it took on you worth it? Is there any other way to simply acknowledge that life isn't always easy, but get through it without violence or anger? How could you have handled it with grace?" I mean well by this post and only wish and hope for the best for this individual. Life's really tough at times, especially when we're under stress and our buttons get pushed too hard, but potentially injuring ourselves punching objects (or people) when we're angry isn't healthy or good for us. Best wishes, brother."

"I have had very good experiences with both the pharmacy staff and customer service staff. Pharmacies everywhere take longer since Covid, but if I am patient and friendly with them then I find they are very helpful and responsive. Also, the check out team are SO nice :)"

"This business on Liberty street is a great example of a neighborhood store where many of the patrons and workers know each other and care about each other, too. Thank you WALGREEN's staff for the sincere interactions."

"Worst experience ever!!! This was my first and last time at this location! The staff was super rude, especially their “manager” Nick, he was belittling and condescending. I went in to pick up an order, and I needed a receipt. I told the worker who gave me my order and she said she can’t give me a receipt. All the other locations I go I get a paper receipt because that’s what I opted for. I told the worker that I need a receipt and can I speak to a manager. The “manager” Nick took forever to show up, and when he did he didn’t even care or want to help me. He seemed upset the whole time. He told me there’s nothing he can do, so I called the customer service number, and the representative said they should be able to print out a receipt for me, but Nick said he couldn’t. I told him I’ll return the items and repurchase them so the recount could print out. So he voided my transaction, when I tried to repurchase the items were more expenses I’ve and I couldn’t use any coupons which he didn’t tell me would happened. He told me all my coupons would go back to my account, but they didn’t! He said he needed to go check my account and he went to the back and didn’t come back out. I wasted an 1 hour and 30 minutes of my time, and didn’t even get the products I purchased, because he said he needed to go to the back to check my account, and he never came back out! I do not recomes shopping here! They gouge their prices, and have horrible customer service and people skills!"
