"James (an employe) tried to approach me while in uniform, and since he has been talking bad about me to people i asked him to stop trying to talk to me and he walked away yelling and cursing me out, and made his way back into the store and behind the counter. Unacceptable behavior. His harrasment has gone too far and he needs to be fired."

"My check engine light was on, so I went in like they advertised on their commercial, half expecting there to be some fee or "free service.....if you buy $200" type thing in small fine print. There was none of that. They gave me the check engine small computer tool to plug in to my car, I plugged it in, got the data, brought it back in the store and they gave me a print out of what was wrong. Jon and Robb were super friendly and helped me out big time. I told them I would leave them a positive review, so I'm following through on my word. Canceling out one hater at a time. "I went to the the South Salem AutoZone after calling to check for available windshield wipers. James R. helped me and was professional, kind, funny, and helped me do research on other things I needed for my vehicle to purchase in the future. He tried multiple options to troubleshoot them being out of the rear wiper, going as far as to try a different part, which didn't end up working but was a valiant effort. He also offered to put the wipers on for me as well and coach me so I could do it right the next time (my car is new to me and much different than my old car so I am still learning about it). I greatly appreciate James' kindness, customer service, lack of judgment, and his ability to not make me feel stupid, as I sometimes do at auto parts stores. James R. went above and beyond and spent a lot of time with me, going in and out of the store to my vehicle out front several times. If James did not know the answer to one of my questions, he would ask a manager. I will definitely return to this location due to James' service.
