"Unbelievable customer service. I had a major problem with obtaining replacement parts with a glass shower which was installed by another business which no longer carried that product. I reached out to Kayla to see if the business could help since they currently carried the same shower doors by that manufacturer. PROBLEM! The model was 5 years old but that didn't stop Kayla from working with me to solve the problem. Long story short; she found the part, was able to get it under warranty and had it shipped directly to me. And we NEVER even communicated except via email. Talk about going the distance for a customer without regard for the sale or, in this case, no sale. Her comment was - this is what we do. So for what it is worth, in this day and age how many companies are willing to do that!!! If we ever need fixtures in the future, I will be looking at this business because I feel that whatever happens, they will make it right."
