"The location is fine, but I’ve stopped ordering online. Every time I order, I end up sitting in the pick up line for up to 45min. I then have to either go inside or flag down an employee to ask them to bring my stuff out. There have been multiple times I was charged for items and they were not in my bag. They were kind enough to replace them, however it meant yet another trip to the store and 20-30 min of trying to figure out what happened. Not sure if it’s an app issue, but it’s become exhausting. Just don’t order drop off."

"Rouses has always was been fabulous! I love these clean, well stocked family grocery stores. I miss living in Houma or Covington to shop there! Yesterday I stopped at this one to pick up one strawberry cream cheese and one Bavarian cream on my way back to North Louisiana. I even asked for help from a worker there at the store, but I am extremely disappointed. Cutting both open there is NO filling. They are both simply regular cinnamon King Cakes. I've never had this happen before. I double-checked the boxes to see if I made a mistake, but I did not. It is too far to drive back to fix the problem. These have always been my favorite King Cakes, but I'm not sure I'll bother with stopping to get one in the future. Although they are moist and taste good, I can get something as good here as these plain cakes. Very disappointed!"

"I really want to love this Rouses. I shop here a lot since the ymca is right around the corner, so it's a convenient location after workouts. And the staff is always so nice and friendly! But the lines. THE LINES! 9 times out of 10 I'm waiting in a line for longer than the amount of time it took me to get what I wanted. It's the same every time, and I'm here several times a week. This evening, there were 4 lines open, and every single one of them had a line all the way into the aisles behind them. The customer service line was no better. The staff was working so hard, with smiles on and everything, despite how annoyed people were. Please let your staff open more registers. I don't understand why this is such a consistent issue. I hate being that person who leaves bad reviews, but I just don't get why this is a problem that can't seemed to be fixed."
