"Just had to write a review to express how amazing my cashier Hillary was! Hillary had amazing energy, such a positive, wonderful, and funny person. Every customer she helped check out was smiling, she was so friendly, showing up as her best self!! Hoping to come back to this Rouses and see her again! Great experience, definitely put this rouses ahead of others for me. Thank you Hillary! Would love if she got recognized for her amazing attitude and great work!"

"Despite slightly longer lines than I would prefer, they are tended to by real people who are always exeptionally courteous and nice. Definately beats waiting in line at other stores just so you can self-check and hope you're not being starred at like a potential thief."

"It’s about time a lady like Deshawn gets a promotion. Ever since we moved into neighborhood, she is always there working greeting everyone with a smile! She seems to never have an off day. I witnessed her tonight at the 10 items and less alcohol counter have a customer chew her out for asking for his ID. It’s the holidays. People should be nice to workers. She had every right to snap. She didn’t. Instead, She treated the gentlemen with kindness! A lot of people witnessed it as well. She is a model Rouses employee and asset to serving this local community!"

"This is a nice little hidden gem in Metaire. It doesn't seem to be the busiest of Rouses stores, but it was a Saturday night when we visited which I imagine isn't prime gricery shopping time for people with a life. The store was very clean and orderly. Shelves were well stocked. I'll definitely be going back here hopefully to avoid large crowds and lines in the future."
