"Went to this store today everything was good until I got to the counter to pay. 3 employees one checkout open stood there for a few no one said anything to me no sorry we will be right with you nothing. It was weird bad customer service. I finally just said hey you have a bunch of stuff here to put away and one of them said oh thank you. You shouldn't ignore your customers or you won't have any and it's funny how you have a review score of 4 on your website but on yelp you have a score of 2 more like the true score"
"Well, I came here a few weeks ago and I have to say Chris the store manager is very rude. I have been in a few times and see how bad he talks to his employees. I'm surprised someone like him is a store manager. If I were harbor frieght I would have fired him a long time ago. Everyone else I interact with is very professional and polite."
"Their online inventory was wrong, which happens everywhere. Ended up buying the 2 ton instead of the 1 ton engine hoist. Probably a better decision anyways, the employees did not let me use a cart of theirs to move my hoist to my truck and I had to drag it the entire way to my truck. They also toke 10-15 minutes to check on the one ton hoist and then left me standing at the front of the store waiting because they forgot to tell me. When I walked up and asked they said oh yeah we have the two ton, and then led to me having to drag it to my Truck. Absolutely terrible customer service."
"Harbor Freight Tools is THE place to just walk around and find tools you didn’t even knew that you needed :-). The prices are great for the expected quality. The place is clean, the people who work there are super friendly and they have all the right precautions for COVID."
