"Purchased yogurt from them and when I got home I found out it was over 2 weeks expired. When I called to see if I physically needed to go back to the store to get a refund they didn't even ask what the product was to remove the rest and prevent other customers from doing the same thing. They hung up on me while I was trying to tell them which yogurt it was, completely unprofessional."
"I just shopped at this store for the last time. Every couple years this store will COMPLETELY re-arrange the entire store so you can't find anything and they just did it again. This forces you to go up and down every aisle trying to find what you want. Extra fun because no one else can find anything either, so people are just randomly wandering back for forth blocking aisles. Completely ridiculous! Leave the stuff where I already know where it is."
"Purchased a $50 amazon gift card from here that I gifted to my cousin for Christmas. Gift card turns out to have already been redeemed by someone somehow. I contacted Fred Meyer about it and they forwarded me to their help line that handles any issues with gift cards. That lady tells me that the Gift card was loaded correctly so I will have to contact Amazon directly for a refund. She gives me the number to call Amazon and unfortunately Amazon can't refund me either and told me I need to talk to the original store that sold it to me. So back to square one I call this store back but talk to a male manager this time who already sounded frustrated to answer the call in the first place. He tells me that this is a common occurence and that they can't refund me either. Why is Fred Meyers continuing to sell Amazon gift cards if they are well aware that their Gift Cards are scamming people? Thank you for taking my money and wasting my time."
"I still prefer to use fill self service. The service team at this location have always been friendly, helpful, & efficient. You'd expect midday on a Saturday would be busy at a gas station.. Not so today. My car was promptly fueled and I was on my way in just a few minutes. Thanks!"
"Great selection. Good customer service. But definitely needs more clerks or self checkout stations available. Never enough. Always have to wait a long time and it's always busy."
