He ASSUMED what could be the issue with the washer without actually looking at the parts that he claimed were bad. I will not use them again."

"When I was a kid my mom would bring me in here to find parts for the dryer and they'd always help me find the right part and let me call for troubleshooting if needed. I was able to keep that dryer going for many years. As an adult I came here when I needed an affordable washer and dryer and what they sold me has done what it's supposed to for two years+ at the time of this review.
