"How is this store next to Home Depot is beyond me. That home depot won't be there for long with the service at this Lowe's. Greeted upon entry and every department I traveled in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Very clean floors and organized aisles making it easy to search for things. Shelves stocked. Parking lot has some few people from I'm assuming home depot selling oranges which caught me off guard, but not a threat. Handyman inside handing out their business cards for service which wasn't bad. Overall a great store to be at. Would definitely shop here again."
"I love lowe's. My biggest complaint now is the lack of cashiers. Saw 3 gals at customer service /order pick up just chatting away... And only checkout open is self check, and after about 8 people were waiting they finally called for a cashier. I am not a fan of self checkout, at any store, especially when it have questions on how to adjust quantity and there is no one around."
"This store (company as a whole) has a poor return policy. Home Depot (next-door to this establishment) has a much more consumer friendly return policy. Do to poor upper management leadership policy implementation, you are better off shopping elsewhere."
"I went in to pick up some fencing items. Asked customer service about a step stool to get the item as it was just out of my reach. I was told that customers were not allowed to use one that only employees could. He called for someone to help me. After waiting 10 minutes, I went back to the customer service guy, and he told me that he had no one available to help me, so I left. I won't be going back there again."
"I went inside the store and I could not believe fireworks were sold here. This was amazing and maybe all stores in this county / state sell fireworks but visiting from California where there is no fireworks took me by surprise. The store was clean and offer many supplies that I try to capture with my photos and videos."
