"The customer service for this location has always been great and never had any rude experience. When shopping in store there is always great selections and even some clearance items that were previously lease but still in great condition. We have been getting our furniture from this location the last 5 years. Our bed, TV and sofas. Still happy to this day. Thanks Aaron’s for having fair prices although could be a bit cheaper but still good especially when paid within the cash period."

"Went in to buy a couch and paid the deposit to have it delivered. I was told it would be delivered in a couple of days after a week of no calls I went in and they told me they had no deliveries scheduled and the manager acted like he didn't know anything and he was the one that took the deposit and and arranged all the paperwork but said he would deliver the couch set the next day. A couple hours later he calls me and tells me there is a tear in the couch and wants to make sure I still want it. I told him no and canceled my order. Now here it is 29 days later March 11 and still haven't received my refund and received a text message saying there going to pull another payment out on the 24th of this month"

"They've a lot of selection. Great prices. They helped us quickly, and delivered promptly. So far I'm very happy with they're service. Jason helped set up everything in the store, and Ulysses delivered. Thankful for both employees. The deliver Ulysses was so sociable and considerate. Great job!"

"Can't even begin to describe the frustrations I have had with this store. I went in there two weeks ago, picked out my items, paid for it all of it up front, they said they will call me with a delivery time/date. Didn't hear back the following week so I called them and they told me they didn't have the items yet and will call me when it arrives. Now two weeks later I still haven't received a call so I called them again. They couldn't even find my order information at first. They then told me that they now have it in the store but that the free delivery on their website is a lie, and they require $60 more for it. I would have liked to have had this information up front. Please notify customers when you have their items available and don't put down that you have free delivery on your website when you do not have free delivery. If I myself hadn't called them, they weren't planning on notifying me at all that my shipment that I was expecting wasn't ever going to arrive. Would have been pertinent information, especially when I paid for everything up front."
