After standing around for over 10 minutes, no one has even acknowledged me, asked me if I needed help, nothing. However, I saw at least 5 people walking around not with other customers and multiple were just having side personal conversations. I'm not impressed"

"Stop my Best Buy today to get a new phone, the Samsung S23 ultra. While looking around the store, I noticed all the different types of electronics and products they carry. This store is pretty big compared to other Best Buys I've been at. The atmosphere of the story is quite calming, and it has a nice layout, which helps you find lots of different things pretty easily. Everything is separated in its own little section. The store is pretty clean. The customer service there is incredible. The Best Buy employees help you find different items you are looking for. They help you check out, and they help you with details on specific item you are curious about. The employees are not on your tell the hole time, they just come and ask you if you need any help, and if you don't, you just say no thank you, and if you do need it, you ask for help. My overall impression with this store is that it's nice and I would definitely recommend coming here if you ever need a new phone or any electronic item, because they have great prices."
