"Rent A Center is a great furniture and appliance store. They have many different types of furniture and appliances like beds, couches, chester george ,washers, dryers etc. If they don't have a particular item that you are looking for in this store, then the employee can look it up on computer and search at other Rent A Center that might carry a similar item that you are looking for. The employee at this store was quite friendly and super helpful. The atmosphere was quite calming and not stressful at all."

"I received a call from an employee and then was directed to the manager (who did not even know why he was taking my call, and was clueless). He had an attitude the entire time I spoke with him.. implied that I was lying through the whole conversation and kept speaking over me. Do not recommend. The manager has no respect whatsoever (I was not being rude at all) and they do not try to work with you whatsoever."

"ZERO IF I COULD So my husband and I went pass due on 2 items that we are trying to get through them due to some heavy medical reason and he ended up out of work. Which by the way are not very willing to work with you on. They began to do the standard calling everyday to talk to someone. Well it started out 2 times a day, then to 3 times a day, then they would call me a few times in a row if I did not answer, which then they'd leave me a voicemail. So I called back today and asked to speak to the manager, I tried to explain that it was a problem and that it really needed to get fixed. Of course he interrupted started going over the policy, in which I do know and understand that we are passed due and need to pay, SO I tried to explain that it has been MORE then 3 times a day, which OF COURSE he did NOT hear because he began getting very RUDE and talking OVER me, so in his words to me husband, I got "Very heated" and so I hung up. Manager proceeded to call my husband and tried saying some rude things about me to my husband, who I had just got off the phone with before they called him and explained what happened, in which my husband interrupted and told him to stop talking about his wife. So that is our experience with them. I have heard a lot of bad stuff from other people about this store, and them being really rude to them. We desperately needed a couch and a bed for our kids, and so they are making us CHOOSE which one we are going to give back. It is either have no where to sit or our 2 kids sleep on the floor with no bed or mattress. Which it is the couch that is going back, So we will have the floor to sit on just so they can stop calling us! Just be careful if you get something through them and something unexpected happens and you miss your payment."
