"One of the richest corporations in the world only had 3 cashiers working and closed the self check out that you guys pushed so hard to become a thing costing lots of people jobs. Either your manager has no idea how to manage or your corporate office is ran by morons. I'm not gonna wait 20 minutes to give you money when I can go to Safeway without waiting. If I'm holding $50 of steaks but have to wait forever, I'm leaving them on a shelf and walking out. If you don't respect your customers' time, I won't respect your dime."
"Went into the store to pick up a few things. When I got home I looked at my receipt and one of my items was 2 dollars more then what showed on the display. I have heard about Walmart doing this at other locations but now know it is true. Be careful because they will charge you more then what is on the display"
"I took my daughter to this location to get some pants for her choir concert. After she found some pants to try on, we headed to the dressing rooms. There was a sign that said "Due to lack of staff, the dressing rooms are closed". We went to the front of the store and asked a nice gentleman working self checkout if he could get me a manager. The manager came over and I nicely asked her if my daughter could try the pants on in the restroom to make sure they fit. She said no. I said ok, if I buy them, can she try them on in the restroom and if they don't fit, can we return them? She looked towards the service desk and said "you can't return them because the service desk is closed", then just walked off with smirk on her face. Terrible customer service, especially from a manager. Do better, your customers deserve better service than that."
"They have the Filipino products I want. staff identified the item I want tru Her mobile gadget and expect to come next couple of days, she paused restocking and assisted me. Professional and humble."
"I saw a couple of signs right next to each other an end cap and island of the same product with price difference between $3.33 & $3.66.. I'm sure it's just a goof. I was charged $3.66 price point for the washer fluid."
