"Went in last Monday to get a battery for my key fob. Tracy helped me open up the fob, get the right size battery and put it back together. She recommended that I test it before I left, and I'm glad I did because I had put the battery in upside down. So she helped me open it back up, flip it over, and Voila! It worked. It's customer service like this that will make me a repeat customer."

"By far the absolute Worst customer service I’ve had with a AutoZone. Go to order parts, takes a few days for them to come in, get told they come in, go there, they’re not there have to order parts again wait 2-3 more days. Parts finally come in, Have an issue with receiving the wrong part due to AutoZone, having Incorrect parts listed as the correct parts. I go in to have the situation fixed. The lady who helped me was the same lady who helped me prior. I asked her two times if my order was going to be under my number in case I lose the receipt she said yes. She goes to help me the second time tells me my order is not listed In their computer and there’s nothing I can do about it so basically, I’m at a loss because I didn’t have the receipt. So I end up having to leave there at a complete loss, because she didn’t wanna make any effort to find the receipt in the computer. simply because the person helping me didn’t understand what they were doing and instead of explaining that they pitched me an attitude and we’re very rude and disrespectful to me. So I had to go over to the pacific Ave store where they fixed my situation within a few minutes with absolutely no issues. Every single time I go to this store, they take absolute good care of me, So I do not recommend the Marvin Road location to anybody. I highly recommend people should go to 6310 Pacific Ave SE, Lacey, WA 98503 if you want good customer service."

"So I just wanna give a major shout out to Yolanda, her husband and autozone for helping me get my car back on track and allowing me to keep my car in your lot for two days. Tom James, Vaughn Nickel and Bill Rhodes, y’all have an incredible staff and Yolanda is a rockstar. She stayed over 2 hours past her clock out time with her husband to make sure my car was gonna make it out of your lot tonight. She hands down deserves Employee of the year and a raise as far as I’m concerned. Please y’all give this autozone your business. THEY DESERVE IT. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Yolanda, her husband, the rest of your staff and my very helpful family/friends, I would have been screwed.Thank you for making me a very happy customer."
