"I just was at the Target store in Lacey where I witnessed a caucasian man, (approximately age 35, brown hair, 5’ 11” greenish coat, blue jeans and a large dark colored backpack) shoving several items into the back pack. I saw no employees near by so I went into the “Employees Only” door and hailed to the 3 people in that back area. I was stared at. (Like I wasn’t speaking English) Then a smirk on their faces. Ok, I get it, another day, another theft! But really? To not acknowledge the customer that notifies the store? I did speak to a manager before I left. If we citizens could help control what’s happening we’d do it! Because WE PAY in the long run for what’s being ignored by retail and police. That’s all! Poorly handled Target!!!!"

"I ordered an item for pickup. When it was ready for me before I decided to leave I went online to their website to see if the item I need was in stock. The website said it was. When I arrived I decided to go and find the package of batteries that I needed first before I go and pick up my order. I spent about 15 minutes wandering throughout the store without being able to locate my item. I asked a few employees they told me where they each believed that I might find what I was looking for. I was still unsuccessful so I went online and found the isle it would be stocked at. I asked a few more employees eventually I had gone to each of the three locations where they have batteries on their shelf twice. Each time I had an interaction with an employee I showed them the listing for the item that shows it is available. Every single person that helped me looked at me and acted if I were stupid. With having this experience I was able to get the idea to order this item for pickup since I’m already here to pick up an order. When I arrived at the support desk I was able to pick up my first order. After that I asked the lady if she could help me because I have been running around the store interacting with employees who were acting like I was stupid for insisting that the product is available because why would it be online listed as in stock if it wasn’t. The lady at the desk seemed appalled that I placed an order for pickup and was expecting to be able to get my order without waiting the 2 hour processing time, as if my time is invaluable and it’s my fault because I’m to stupid to find the product on the shelf. Long story short they don’t even have the item so not only did I spent my evening being disrespected for participating as a consumer I was able to place an order for something they don’t even have while they had no problem taking my money for services that cannot be rendered. Now I have to wait 2-3 business days for a refund. All because a multibillion dollar corporation can’t maintain an accurate inventory listing."

"If pictures say 1000 words, I just said 3000. This has to be the WORST Target I've ever been to. Normally I drive 25 miles to the next closest Target so that I can avoid this one. It's that bad. Always understaffed. The men's department is often a shambles. It's not even worth the effort to shop around. The shelves are a mess, as you can clearly see in the photos."

"Very nice. Well laid out. Great, polite employees. One even gave me a big hug when he recognized me. I find that when I can’t find a non-food item I am looking for at Fred Meyer when grocery shopping, I can always find it at Target nearby it. They almost always seem to have what I am looking for and on rate occasions they didn’t, they have directed me to stores nearby, like the right shoes I am looking for."

"Clean and well organized store. A lot of employees if you need help. A wide variety of everything you expect at target. Cashier was friendly. Bathroom was clean. Big parking lot with a lot of spaces allotted for handicap parking. Several cart returns for convenience. There is a snack bar and a Starbucks inside the store."
