"I have always shopped at this local Big Lots but today was very disappointing. A lady at the register with dark long hair was at the front and I asked for her assistance in looking up an item. She said if its not there then we do not have it. I explained to her how it has moved since my last visit and maybe it is located elsewhere. She continued to tell me there was nothing she could do. This is outrageous to me that she could not look it up to see if its in stock or even online. FYI, there was no one else at the front who needed help besides myself."
