"Place supposed to close at 9pm gets there at 8:45 pm sees staff still in restaurant tells me that their closed. At least they could have put up a note saying they were short staffed or something like Starbucks do when they got to close early."
"Do not order one of the newer subs that come with extra meat or cheese. If it comes with double cheese, you will barely get the regular amount. If you order a sandwich with multiple types of meat, they will leave one out. Online orders have the wrong bread. Generally pretty dirty inside the shop as well."

"Earlier today, I went in to get a sandwich but the service was almost slow enough to make me leave and go somewhere else. It was lunchtime on a warm and sunny Saturday, entering summer time, and capitol square was completely flooded with people exploring/shopping through the farmer's market stands. Tons of families, tons of friends and couples, and just a ridiculous amount of people on capitol square earlier today. And this location only had one employee behind the counter, trying to juggle online orders as well as people making their orders in person. Two people in front of me left because of how slow it was and I almost did too, the only reason I didn't was because I promised a sandwich to a panhandler. I don't blame the girl behind the counter, just the fact that they were severely under-staffed for the farmers market, which is well known and predictable. I almost thought of telling the people at the back of the line to not waste their time"
"This place is a joke. We had to tell her everything that went on our samwhiches, and she barely put anything on either of them it took well over 15 for 2 easy simple footloose. The ingredients did not look fresh at all. No name tags, could barely hear her, and there was no correctly pulled back hair had dangling jewelry and bracelets that were out and touching one of the sandwiches."
