"Rep scheduled me for the wrong pick-up time. There was no back up rides available so I missed a specialty doctor appointment. This was my first time using MTM Services and my last. No exceptions! Why should I be penalized because some people cannot do their job correctly. We all know you wait weeks and even months for appointments."

"They sub contract the rides and it's completely unreliable on whether or not you'll get a ride assigned or if they'll actually show up. Be persistent in calling them to make sure the ride has been assigned. If you have the option, go for the reimbursement instead!"

"With all due respect, This program sucks!! My normal driver lives literally 5 minutes away from me in St. Francis, Wi. Today was awful. I had a PU scheduled at 6 a.m. for a 6:30 appointment. I was upat 4:30 to be sure that I was ready and nobody would be inconvenienced having to wait for me. After alot of phone calls looking for my ride, we found it then someone canceled it without me nor the driver knowing!!! By the time all was said and done, I got to the destination after 8 a.m. was back home at 8:47 just to find that there was a ride waiting for me here to take me to my appointment. MTM, PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR, DO NOT CHANGE MY DRIVER ANYMORE???? HE is always on time, thing's work smoothly, at drop off, we are both happy because nothing goes wrong. To add to all of this.... I recieved a call after 5:30 a.m. My mother's last sister had just passed away."

"Their drivers are always insanely late but will give you an attitude if they wait four minutes past the pickup time for you, they have no problem ignoring scheduled rides and will call you at inappropriate times without leaving any messages and the number they called from can't be reached. They called me in the middle of the appointment they dropped me off at and wouldn't take my calls when I tried to call them back. They don't respect you or your time."

"My father used this company to take him to his dialysis appointment recently. My mom is working so she can't take him in the mornings. They just dropped him off in the parking lot of his apartment without helping him inside. He is 74 and uses a cane because he had a stroke which left him disabled. It broke my heart to hear that he struggled in the cold to get back inside on his own. He could've fell or gotten really hurt! Any medical facility should not recommend this company to any patient who needs the extra care for transport. I'm appalled at how inhumane the driver was. No compassion."
