Askia came out to do the assessment and quote and I cannot say enough good things about him. "I have owned homes and had all kinds of work done on them for 20 years. West Coast Restoration was by far the most courteous and professional business I have ever dealt with. They arrived on time, cleaned my upholstery right then and took my rugs for cleaning. I had just had a minor disaster at the house and the rugs ended up so filthy I was sure I would need to throw them out. But when they brought them back the following week they looked amazing. Just like I had bought new rugs. They also made an exception to their hours of service just to deliver my rugs at a time that worked for me. And finally, the price for all this work was very reasonable. I highly recommend them to everyone needing services from upholstery and rug cleaning through entire restoration after a disaster such as a fire or flood. They also clean the things we tend to forget such as air conditioning and clothes dryer ducts. I will be having them come once a year for a thorough cleaning of everything so I can rest assured that the whole house is as clean and well maintained as possible . If it was possible I would give them a rating higher than 5."
