"306 West Main Street, Madison, Wisconsin is a perfect place to rent a unit, if what you're looking for are superb professional management, friendly efficient maintenance, easily accessible free coffee & tea 24/7, a fully-equipped gym, a very pleasant and clean community room, and an opportunity to walk to the Capitol, walk to Campus, walk to the Convention Center, walk to Capitol Centre Market, and walk to Cafes galore! Bus routes also are around the corner, as are bikes to rent. And let's not forget the Dane County Farmers' Market on and around The Square! Plus a myriad of other free musical events always but a stone's throw away. The list goes on.... A 2023 sojourn in Madison found me not just relishing every day I lived at 306 West, but having this experience indelibly tucked into my memoirs under the category, "What A Wonderful Life." And the icing on the cake for me was the presence and personalities of Property Manager Michelle Vacha and Leasing Specialist Amanda Cassarini, who make living at 306 West cool--very, very cool indeed!"

"We are a Dogwalking & catsitting company and I have to say that this building is one of our favs to walk dogs and catsit in. The residents in the building are always cordial and the staff is soooo awesomely friendly and outgoing and helpful! None of us live in this building but we love all love it! One of my favorite things aside from how friendly the staff is is taking the elevator and reading the every changing signs/giffs/jokes they have in there. They are tasteful and funny and seem to always brighten my day! Definitely recommend this building!"

"Highly recommend living here if you are new to Madison. Amazing management who are extremely accommodating! Michelle even grabbed my spare key out of my apartment and moved my car into her own parking spot while I was out of town to avoid a huge garage cleaning fine from the building next door. Just one example of a caring apartment building!"

"Waited until we moved out to write a review, but if I could give this place 6 stars I would. The management is amazing and actually cares about you. The are so willing to work with you on so many things and create activities for residents to enjoy. We would have stayed forever if we didn't buy our own place! Three years and never disappointed with anything. Thank you so much Michelle, Amanda, and Bob! You made our first place together the best home possible."

"Staff is amazing and very accommodating. If I ever need anything, I can expect a same day response. I have never waited more than a single day for a maintenance issue to be addressed. Free coffee/tea in the lobby shared room. The gym is somewhat small but its always empty and honestly, if that's a deal breaker for you, you can sign up for a membership at one of the handful of gyms within a few blocks of the apartment. The dog washing station is life changing! Dog bags available by the entrances.There are a ton of dogs in this building since its pet friendly; You wouldn't notice right away since you never hear any in the halls. Great soundproof walls! The concrete floors are a dream. If they ever need to pass along a message to residents, they do a good job at posting notices ahead of time. **Special shout out to Michelle, the property manager for her insanely fast responses and hilarious elevator memes**"
