"My husband and I have really enjoyed living here. In fact, we even renewed our lease. We have never missed a payment of rent and we take really good care of our place. However, since we renewed our lease we received in email from DSI real estate with referring to us as "delinquents" due to $10 being missed from a payment. We have our payment set up as an automatic payment through the DSI portal. Our monthly rate has increased since renewing our contract, DSI has not fixed the dollar amount within the portal to receive the payment in full. However, you might want to reconsider having the word “Delinquent” within your email to future tenants. A simple email or phone call saying that there was an issue with the full payment being received would have been suffice, especially when we have never missed a payment in the past."

"I’ve lived at Autumn Lake Aparments for thr last year in the last phase I n City View Drive, and I can’t say enough good things about the place. When I was first looking at apartments, I found them to be the most responsive of all of the places I was looking, and I’m so glad to say that the level of customer service continued through when I moved in. The apartment itself was really nice and exceptionally quiet. I never heard my neighbors. Plus the actual finishes were really nice. I liked my neighbors, and my dogs loved the green space and having other dogs nearby. If I wasn’t moving out of the state I would still be there, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering something on the east side."

"Few months back, my friend and I left these apartments. The apartments are clean, up to date, and "Looks Great" - From the outside.... To begin, you can hear through the walls... like conversations not even yelling... You can hear every foot step from people above you... and Management is never on site and is probably the worst I have worked with.... And I have been at 6 different apartments in the state.... My brother kept the lease as I moved out, and when he decided to build a house, he moved out few months early on the remaining lease... Took almost a month to get his apartment available to others... and then the worst part, he had several tenants that said that they would take his apartment over and sublease it. He had even close friends say they would take it over, Every single person, was offered a different apartment and was somehow directed in a different direction to a different apartment with some sort of discount. Terrible. Just to try and continue to collect his monthly bill while getting the new tenants other apartments... He also did not receive his deposit for several months after he moved out. All I have to say is, WATCH OUT! Autumn Lake Apartments is very bad with their tenants and will get you in the long run! 1 Star"

"MY experience was unpleasant. Great things: Location, The apartments, The maintenance crew is amazing! Bad things: Management rarely in the office. Issue #1 They tried to show my apartment during a pandemic, meanwhile there was a brand new empty building next door. AND they charged the future tenant to see the apartment. #2- I moved out little OVER half a month early. Told management she said that I had to keep the electric in my name. Which was fine. Until I got my bill and it was as if I was living in it.I asked management about it and she said everything was as I left it. Which was everything OFF as it instructs on move out checklist. Called electric company and they said it looks like your air. So then go back to management and ask again, she then says the temperature has to be a certain temperature, (and once you surrender the keys they can do as they please). Which doesn't make sense IF no one is in it. So they ran up my electric bill on my expense. They should have put it back in their name the moment I moved out, if this was the case. It's just unacceptable. So, lesson learned: if you move out early do not mention it to management until your last official day."
