"I have lived at the SEVEN27 at The Yards for 3+ years and have nothing but positive things to say about this complex and all that comes with it. Excellent building management, an extremely responsive/professional maintenance crew, and a friendly, super respectful community that is also amazingly quiet (I never hear my neighbors). The complex is very pet friendly (generous outdoor walking/play areas, an efficient in-door dog washing area), has in-door parking, and comes with tasteful indoor and outdoor community areas. The individual apartments are equipped with high-quality appliances, finishes, etc. And to round it all out, the location is most delightful and super near the Capital Square, the University of Wisconsin campus, and mere steps from a delightful lake (Lake Monona). In summary, highly recommended!"

"I have lived here for two years (and counting) and really enjoyed my time here. The building is beautifully designed and well constructed. The management and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are very comfortable, with modern appliances, sound proofing (I almost never hear our neighbors or noise from the street), underfloor heating, air conditioning and excellent insulation. The apartment remains warm (73 F) throughout even on the coldest days of the year while our energy bill remains very low. Parking is easy and keeps your car out of the snow during the winter. There's a secure package room. The shared facilities are well maintained and kept very clean. The rent is reasonable for the quality and was only increased a small amount in the first year and then remained flat for the second year. I highly recommend living here."

"I'm not sure where other people had negative experiences. I've lived here for six months now and the building is well-constructed with excellent finishes. The ULI staff has been fantastic, both the main office and the on-site maintenance. They've followed up on minor issues within a day in every case. Location is wonderful right on the lake with excellent running and biking trails. Pet friendly with an entire dog washing area on site. On-site gym is excellent although due to COVID it's limited in hours and capacity. Parking is a little awkward and I wish spots were assigned since there isn't easy access between levels if one fills up. Overall well-built, well-managed, and in line with pricing in the area. Have already recommended it to a friend."
