Nichols Station Apartments

"I moved in two weeks ago and since then, the building-wide fire alarm has gone off four times in the middle of the night. From what I heard from other residents, it had actually gone off another time in the days before I moved in. Management has been silent and frankly incompetent. They claimed to not even be aware of the issue until the third time the alarms went off, and since they have become aware of the issue, they have not once communicated to us what their plans were for fixing things, let alone a timeline. I cannot possibly recommend this apartment if you want a place where you know you’ll be able to sleep through the night, and if you expect to be able to get in contact with management over the weekend, you are sorely mistaken."
