"Peloton was my first post-college apartment and overall, I am thankful I chose this complex. It’s pricey (most newer apartment buildings this close to the isthmus with lots of amenities seem to be), but it was worth it for the sense of safety and security I felt here. Each entrance requires a fob for entry. The courtyard is locked and gated. My section of the building was usually pretty quiet as well. In addition to feeling safe, Peloton offers a large space on the top floor that you can rent out or visit at any time with a beautiful view of the lake. There’s also a rooftop patio with large couches, which is perfect for the warmer months. The included fitness room and locked package room along with the additional lounge on the first floor are great, too. Traci, Shelby, and Cami are all extremely quick to respond and help if you ever have any questions or concerns. If you’re considering living here and it is within your budget, do it!"

"Lived in peloton for 2 years - friendly & accommodating management (always willing to help out), spacious apartments and great amenities. Location is ideal for getting outside - right by the lake & arboretum whilst still being close to downtown. Would recommend!"

"I’ve been at peloton for just over a year now. The staff is phenomenal and always responsive and helpful. The office staff is the best amenity they have here. The location and views from the top floor are great. The gym is also much better than you’d expect from most complexes. I only have three complaints: the cabinetry is very cheap and falls apart all the time, but that has been every apartment I’ve lived in. The trash room is also on the FARRRR side of the building so you may have to walk 5 minutes to throw your trash out. And finally, when my lease came up for renewal, upper management sent out the most ridiculous letter saying that if you are unhappy with the +10% rent increase you should call your local government representative and complain about local taxes instead of complaining to the property management. I laughed at a profitable leasing company playing victim to tenants as they raised rent. Whichever manager drafted that letter is a coward and should probably just grow some balls and stand by the company’s decisions instead of pointing fingers. Oh and a pool on the roof would’ve been cool. Great spot tho! B+"

"This is a fantastic place to live. I needed to rent an apartment on short notice but I only needed it for 3 months and the staff (specifically Rutta and Cora!) was extremely accommodating, professional, and timely in working with me to find a situation that worked. This professionalism and flexibility continued throughout the course of my lease and all the way through my move out date. The apartment itself was a 1 bedroom and it was wonderful. Well constructed, well lit, and quiet. Amenities were fantastic as well and I utilized the rooftop deck and outdoor grilling area all the time. Beautiful view of the Capitol building and the lake. Highly recommend this place to live!!"

"Things are mostly great. Biggest kitchen & island I've maybe ever seen in a 1bed apartment. Our view of Monona Bay and the Capitol is stunning from the 5th floor. Common spaces are beautifully designed. Staff has been friendly in all interactions and generally very responsive. A little late, but finally got some signs about mask use up in the common areas in August. Residents are still not great about abiding by them, but at least haven't tried to join on the elevator recently. Haven't heard our neighbors, but aren't sure the units on either side are filled yet. Biggest complaint is things like the cabinetry & door frames feel very cheap. Our shower door was very leaky before multiple repairs, and the grout is falling out in places. Also some poor design choices like the orientation of the washer/dryer unit, placement of towel hanger next to the door hinge, and closet shelves that don't go all the way around that don't make good use of the spaces. The trash is also only at one end of a pretty massive building. And as a final very minor point, still wish the coffee bar had chai as promised on our tour. Overall I think they're doing well in a horrible time to be opening a new apartment building. When the pandemic's over and the shop spaces fill in, it'll been awesome."
