"Worst property manager (Paula) I have ever dealt with. Forgets a lot of stuff and then makes it seems as though it's our fault. When we first moved in our garage was filled with mouse poop that we had to clean ourselves. Scheduling something with her is never a guarantee because it would never happen. So glad we moved out, was suppose to setup a check-out walk through with us but never did. Ended up taking about half our deposit with comments saying we didn't make any attempts to clean, which we did!!! Got charged extra because our living carpet was extra dirty? We lived there for 3 years, of course it's going to be dirty. It's not our job to wash and shampoo the carpets! Place may seem like an affordable price but management is horrible and a lot of mouse poop everywhere."
