"I absolutely hate living here. I wouldn’t renew if my life depended on it. Awful maintenance, trash always in the hall, and it’s 50 dollars for them to unlock your apartment from you. Unbelievable the advantage being taken of the people who live here. I cannot wait to move out."

"Not worth the rent at all. Lived there for 2 years and security was awful, random people including homeless were constantly getting in. I personally saw security guards sleeping in the lobby multiple nights. Maintenance is basically nonexistent and appliances are old & semi-broken. Go to another apartment building."

"A bit pricey though great location. Nice enough though not luxury. In very high demand and there are better options for the money but the ease of a furnished place and knowing what you get is a reasonable tradeoff. New competition being built is good for the market and their huge price increases. They lose a star for what is literally the most chaotic and worst move in approach I have ever seen. They are such a mess they can charge people an extra $300 for Fast Pass because they try to move like 800 people all in one day. They run out of carts, long lines for checking in, elevators full. They should have two days, maybe have people sign up for one or the other, have longer hours and buy more carts with some of the money they charge people for quick access, desirable because of the chaos they themselves create. Epic fail."

"Great place to live and nice units, I’m glad to be at the Hub, my second time renting here. Best location to live at UW in my opinion. Staff are attentive and the maintenance is solid but I did have to wait a bit for maintenance since they were busy earlier this year. My only complaint is elevators are slow, I lived here previously and they were working better. Hopefully they can fix soon. Hallways and the trash room could be cleaned a little more often too but no biggie."

"This place sucks. We weren’t able to use our toilet or shower for three days because of a plumbing situation, my fob doesn’t work on the elevator and all the other amenities and they refuse to give me a definitive answer on when they’ll get the issue fixed. Why am I paying this much for an apartment if I can’t even use it. The whole garbage disposal situation and the spray painting on the walls in the halls is driving me crazy. Why is one of the elevators broken? All the problems in this apartment building are draining because there are at least seven things going wrong in this building at a time."
