"I don't know why this place gets so much negative reviews! I lived there for ~1.5 years and I had wonderful memories. The picture in this review shows the view from the apartment I used to live in. The apartments are spacious, and the rent is affordable (cheaper than most places). Although the buildings were a little older, they were well maintained. The insulation was great; my electricity bill was never out of control! It is in a great location too. Some of my friends are still living there and they are also satisfied with everything (so far). The management was always prompt on addressing the maintenance issues when I was living there. They kept the hallways, garages, and the common areas sufficiently clean. Even when I had to move to the West, Jennifer (the property manager) helped me finding a sublease for my apartment."

"I had a wonderful experience in my time at Greenbriar. I lived here for two years and would have stayed longer if not for a relocation for school. Management was kind and responsive. Maintenance was quick and completed with high quality repairs any time I needed them. The complex was clean and quiet. I would recommend Greenbriar to anybody!"

"Leasing office staff has their unique way of writing emails which is definitely not so professional. They are also unclear about availability which gave me an idea that they are actually waitlisting people. Not sure though. Model apartment that we toured was good for the price. Not sure how the actual ones are."

"I’ve lived here for a over a year, and most of my contact has been with Jennifer Vaughn. She is very kind, understanding, and helpful. Not sure if there is new staff based on when some of these other reviews are, but the current staff are quite professional. My wife and I extended our lease because of this, the amenities, and the private feel to our apartment. There are a lot of families that live here, but I’ve never had trouble with noise or anything. Summers here are great with the pool, which is cleaned daily (seen that myself). The only struggle I’ve had is with packages, which is more-so to do with the delivery drivers than the system. There isn’t a golf room either, which I’m okay with. Just should probably stop advertising this. When I got here, there was no online rent pay or keyless entry, both of which there now is. Thank you! The apartments are older apartments, but they are extremely spacious. We have a walk-in closet and plenty of room in our 1 bed 1 bath apartment. All in all, I love living here! Thank you to the staff for making it welcome and making me feel taken care of."

"Best apartment in the area and inexpensive! My husband and I have lived here 2 years and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Has an amazing pool, hot tub, fitness area, and club house. Price includes internet, heat, AC, gas, and water. Our apartment has in unit laundry, whirlpool tub, fireplace, huge walk in closet, spacious porch, etc. Staff are super nice and quick to fix anything."
