"Service was kinda rude even though I’m an alumni. Housekeeping didn’t come up on time. They made me take out my own trash. Moved rooms alot over the course of my stay. They also wouldn’t bring my ordered food up to the room. They told me to come down to get it. Overall 1 star for poor hospitality."
