"When we moved in, the floors were sticky and there was a horrible stench to the whole house, the kind of odor that burns a hole through your nostrils. My toddler's feet were black after 1 hour of walking around the house. When I contacted the property management team, one of them said "we'll see what we can do" instead of trying to make it right. After a few more attempts to contact the property management team and no resolution, we paid a visit to the office to have this resolved ASAP bc who wants their babies living in filth? Their maintenance supervisor was adamant that the carpets and house were cleaned prior to move in. Do these look like clean carpets to you? Also, good luck getting a hold of anyone in the office. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!"

"Unresponsive & unreliable. They will sell you on a dream. We have lived here for only one month and encountered everything opposite of what Cyrene will sell you on. They will tell you it’s an upscale community with luxurious features and smart home devices. It sounds good. We’re paying almost $4,000 in rent with a broken dishwasher, a broken A/C unit, our ring doesn’t even work, no one answers the phones, the 24 hour maintenance line doesn’t even get back to you! Complete tenant neglect! The leasing office manager Christina is absolutely rude. The tenants leave trash cans on the street every week full to the brim. Pests everywhere. Trash everywhere all the time. When we first moved in my husband was hand picking the workers left over food scraps from our yard. People leave their trash cans on the street for weeks on end and the city of roseville won’t pick up anything that isn’t regular waste so best believe you will be staring at trash for weeks. We are currently sitting in 90 degree heat in our brand new “luxurious” home and the leasing office left at 5PM when they should have left at 6PM. Again, no answers on the phone, no email responses, no emergency maintenance or urgency to help tenants! We literally had a maintenance worker come in and tell us “it’s my first day here I have no idea what I’m doing” Whatever is under warranty that they can’t fix they will make you deal with it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. It SOUNDS nice! Everyone said it wouldn’t work and now I see why! They’re treating this beautiful community like the upscale projects! DO NOT DO IT! ALL THATS PROMISED ARE LIES!! I’ve reached out to the president of the project and even HE will not get back! This is such a shame!!! They will pressure you to get your rent and your money and they don’t care about anything else!!!"
