"Do not rent here !! Always have a new aissitant manger they like to scam you with your rent money then you owe them more money they are money hungry the neighbor here don’t respect you they hate animals neighbors cause fights , managers come to your door late at night drunk do not rent here ! They will not respect you bunch of money hungry theives stealing rent money . They pick on dogs when their is a lot of large dogs in the unit not on lease can’t have a grill when there’s people who have grills"

"I lived in this complex for a year and it was not enjoyable. For the condition of the unit and the area, the rent was far too high. My move in was 1 Oct, but they had me all signed in for Sept 30, so I had to pay rent and utilities for the day I was not actually in the unit. Moreover, the $100 consesion that I was supposed to receive for a year ended Aug 2017 instead of Sept becuase they had me signed in for Sept instead of Oct 1st. when it came time for final inspection to move out, I requested that they call more for a walk through, which they did not do. In the prelimary inspection that I had to call and email multiple times to set up, they did not say what specifically I should pay attention to. After we spent the entire last day cleaning everything and making that place spotless, we were billed for all except $40 of our security deposit due to unknown damages, missed utilities payements for 2 months (which was added onto the monthly rent payments, and I paid early every month), and a random $100 rent payment... The other tenants were fine, no realy issues there. But the management is terrible. They do not respond to maintenance requests, or emails unless you try contacting them multiple times. They scam you out your deposit, even if you are an AMAZING tenant like I was. I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT RENTING AT THIS COMPLEX."
