"Spent here most of my kids young child hood. Very good service by hector and Doreen . Worked with our family and its needs. Only not giving them a 5 star because of parking. And our apartment was not updated in the 5 years I lived there. But in the time we always felt safe and comfortable . Anytime we put in a request they serviced in a timely manner . Initiated we moved in this complex because of the flexible pet policy but stuck around because of the small community living ."

"I've spent 4 years of my childhood here and I made lots of friends, we'd mess around get in trouble by the manager often, run and be loud, play around the jacuzzi and yeah, thanks for making my childhood the best, btw is that mark on the railing saying jimjo malaga was here still there? "Lived here for 3 1/2 years and don't have a single negative comment. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good place to live on a budget. This was the 5th apartment complex I have lived in in the last 10 years, and was by far the best experience. The 2 bed/2 bath apartment was very spacious for such a low price, and though the unit and the complex were not fancy, they were always clean and well-maintained. Though the parking lot is not big, my roommate and I never had trouble parking our two cars inside the gated lot. The complex was relatively quiet and always felt very safe. Despite being in a bit of a rough neighborhood, there were never any crime problems within the complex. I never had problems with pests, mold, or any of the other common rental issues. The management was top-notch! Doreene is so nice and friendly, and really cares about the residents. If there were ever any maintenance concerns (I didn't have many!) she would get someone in to take care of it ASAP, often within a few hours. They are pet-friendly and will be very accommodating of your furry family members. I think almost everyone there has a dog or cat. They are also very lenient about decorating - not only are you allowed to put holes in the walls for artwork/curtains/etc, but they are even okay with you painting the walls if you want! I got a decent amount of my deposit back even after 3 1/2 years when I know they had to replace the carpet and paint everything. Anyway, really great experience, nothing but good things to say. I would definitely still be living there now if I didn't get a new job that allowed me to purchase a condo across town!"
