"My wife and I moved into an apartment at Persea a couple of months back and the experience has been fantastic. Lily at the leasing office is the best! She has been extremely helpful since the day we toured the complex and is always happy to answer any questions we might have. Our apartment is finished to a very high standard and feels bright and airy. We had a problem with our garage door and maintenance were quick to respond and came to fix it immediately. The amenities are incredible (pool, hot tub, gym, golf simulator!) and common areas are always kept extremely clean. Community events have also been awesome and a great way to meet neighbors."

"Out of all the places I’ve rented from Persea is by far the best. Even though it’s recently built pricing is reasonable compared to what you get everywhere else. Maintenance is always timely and the leasing office is always available. But the best part is you get your own washer/dryer in unit and central heating. Definitely going to renew my lease."

"As a renter here, I really like all the amenities that they offer here and the cleanliness of the apartment complex. They have plenty of places you can bring your laptop to work if you don't want to work at home. All the staff from the engineers to maintenance workers to the front office staff are wonderful and super helpful. I'd recommend staying here over others around the area that we looked at as well."

"I truly enjoy loving here so far. The apartments are very nice and spacious. It’s very convenient to be able to have a parking garage. I had a good leasing experience with Lily and Lauren, they were very helpful and professional. The whole apartment complex it’s pretty clean . The entertainment facilities are very nice.. They have several activities going on throughout the month, It give us an opportunity to meet other people and help local vendors. I’ve been here for a month and so far it’s been smooth. The only negative thing I will mention, and it’s not even towards the company, it’s the several explosions that have been going on and off at night. Nobody knows where they’re coming from, I have called the sheriff’s department and they only told me that there was an investigation going on. Hopefully they can figure it out, it’s pretty scary to be awaken by loud explosions. We also have the convenience of having restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance."
