"This place definitely needs a face-lift. Very outdated cabinetry and thin windows. Walls are also pretty thin as you can hear the neighbors talking almost clearly. However, I never had a problem with parking or the neighbors. The landscaping was kept, the pool was clean, and there were no unusual fees like sewer, water, and garbage. The place felt safe. I just wish they didn't raise the rent as much as they did (not worth the price with the quality of the apartments inside) and they don't have a change machine in the laundry rooms which really sucks."
"Worse management ever. Extremely rude, when you try to question Susan about something she gives extreme attitude and will hang up on you if your on the phone. The cameras do not work and on ground(just for looks ) what I was told."
