"Worst of the worst. Too many people live in one apartment. Next door Apartment cause a leak and damage my kitchen. I have to move out and pay a place while they took a whole month to fix the Apartment and yes I still have to pay . They also charge me for cleaning eventough I clean everything and took pictures for proof nope they deduct lots from my deposit for cleaning omg. And how about stray cats everywhere, talk about the trash I paid 2300 for 1 bedroom apartment and my goodness I have to buy a new toilet seat because the one they installed was for little kids . Please if you want to live like a homeless welcome to this most selfish and ugliest apartment in the world"
"If I can rate Zero I'll do that . They cheat , biggest scam company in the world , overcharging, super dirty, dirty laundrymat , dirty everywhere, they charge me for something that was cause from the top apartment. I will never ever allow myself to live in a place like this ever."
"My time living here has been and continues to be a positive experience. My apartment is in fantastic condition and the residents along with the surrounding area have made me feel safe. I have to recognize how quick the maintenance staff has been in resolving any issues I have had. Victoria has been a huge part in fixing all of these issues so huge shout out to her!"
"Grounds men Mr.Rosas is awesome , Since Moving in To Bronda Manor this Man has been nothing but helpful and attentive to our community needs !! keeping the grounds clean and safe I very much appreciate his work and feel very comfortable in my living situation BECAUSE of him Thank you so much ."
