"If you value your sleep, keep far from this place. I've been on the fence about writing this review. I like the place overall; quiet during the day. New manager on top of things. But for the last 4 years since I moved into this place, I haven't been able to sleep well. I should have moved out but life circumstances and the pandemic kept me here. The walls are so thin, and you can hear absolutely everything that goes on in your neighbors' apartments. I wake up every morning at 230am, 5am, 6am and 7am, cause that's the time my neighbors are getting ready for work, running their showers and making a ruckus. Maybe it's just the luck of the draw and we got the neighbors that work very early. Either way, you've been warned. Or if you sleep like a log, then this place might be right for you."

"These reviews are super old so I want to give this place some credit. I just moved here and I love it. I chose it because it's all one story and pet friendly. It's quiet and the parking stall sizes are pretty generous. My visitors always find parking close by. It's not loud, the people here seem like they love it. I have not seen one shady person. The patios are not something you find too often and it's awesome if you have a pet or just want a good size patio to hang in. Who woulda thought- a nice, pet friendly place.. shocker but really hard to find for some reason. I'm renting an updated unit so I can't speak for the others. They're on the smaller side but surprisingly feel really spacious, probably because of the patios. The units are also very sunny! And it's close to supermarkets and places to eat. Only cons I have- no washers/dryers in the units and popcorn ceilings, but I can live with that. Rent is comparable. Overall I really like it."
