"Central Coast Properties was my first experience as a tenant myself (initially at the age of 18) and I rented from this company for about 4 years continuously before moving out of the area for school. In that time I had no problems with Central Coast Properties. Lance was always easy to reach and always seemed more interested in helping me when I asked for help rather than making me feel heard (this is something I have grown to appreciate as more unique then I initially thought as well as more valuable). There was also an incredible sense of protectiveness. Some examples of this include the following: my neighbor got her stove replaced and mine (the same as hers beforehand) was replaced as well at the same time without me having to ask and often work would be done on the building BEFORE any sign of damage reached me as a tenant like replacing water heaters near the end of their life (as opposed to when they stop working. As for the unit itself it was in perfect condition when I moved it including a new paint job, new carpets, landscaping of the backyard (planned out beforehand with my input as tenant), and a new fence built. In general the overarching sense of doing the bare minimum while charging the legal maximum that I have grown to realize is the norm in this industry was entirely absent here. I know several other people who have rented from Central Coast Properties as well and their experience may differ from one in detail but the overall message is identical. Central Coast Properties may never have to look for a new tenant again as I have so many friends asking me to contact them on their behalf to ask if any properties are available. In general my only complaint at all was the shock of dealing with another company that did not have the same quality and how much time, effort, and extra money that my new situation cost me. It caught me a bit off guard as I was expecting ( I now see that this was naive) something similar. However, when I ran into difficulties with my new situation I called the Central Coast Properties number and Lance helped me navigate the problem I was having. Central Coast Properties makes everything low maintenance which allows a longer term tenant like myself to feel at home in their rental property, so much so that it hardly seems like you are renting in the first place. I would also like to mention that this is the first time I have ever written a google review (and while it may not be the first review I have ever written it is definitely the longest and most positive) it takes something truly out of the ordinary to motivate me to do this. If you are looking for a scenario where you have to fight for every penny or put huge amounts of time into simple things look elsewhere. I can not more highly recommend Central Coast Properties across the board."
