"The room was not clean. The sheets and towels had stains and dirt marks. The headboard had grease marks. The pillows were disgusting inside the pillowcases. The room was falling apart (the toilet was making noise all night among other issues), and there was a chemical smell in the room. Was so uncomfortable I hardly got any sleep and couldn’t wait to get out of there the next morning."
"Well not the best but would be fine for 1 night. Went there on way to California highway 1. Hotel is not clean, no elevator for someone with luggage or wheelchair… But overall it’s ok."
"You get what you pay for kind of place. Everything is serviceable. Not the cleanest, and the bathroom had a sulphur smell. Note: google misreports there is breakfast, there is not. Don't ask about it, even if just to let the desk know about the mistake, they get upset."
"AMAZING location, 1 min walk to the mall. Great service, the staff and owners are extremely friendly and helpful! Very clean rooms, the A/C and heater are AMAZING, the shower is AMAZING ! And they have housekeeping to clean the rooms EVERYDAY. I fly to Monterey once a month and this is my spot !! Me and my husband LOVE IT ! 5 stars all the way for everything"
