"My initial room had over a dozen issues related to cleanliness. I was provided a new room but unfortunately it wasn’t a room with a view of the pool area which I had booked and was looking forward to. The new room had some minor cleanliness issues but nothing like the initial room I was placed in. The manager, Erica, addressed my concerns and my week long stay ended well. The room coffee was good and much better than that offered in the lobby each morning. Some rooms back up directly to parking and could be accessed through the room’s sliding door which was really nice and convenient. Also some rooms have wireless charging devices. The room were a nice size and I enjoyed the TV streaming options which included HBO."
"Not much to say. A comfortable place to say. Very friendly staff. Most of my time was spent exploring the sites, like the aquarium, which is a short 5 minute drive away. Saved on money as it was a place just to unwind after a full day."
"Well. First of all, for this price, maybe this hotel is fine. However there is something that I think can be improved: 1. Benefit for diamond members(right now is no benefit at all, not even free bottle of water)2. Breakfast is just apples and protein bars and black coffee, nothing else 3. Internet speed and connectivity. Really bad"
