"They charge you an application fee, run your credit, but fail to disclose that the apartment you're interested in has multiple pending applications. After taking your money, they inform you that the manager has chosen another tenant, despite your qualifications and excellent credit."

"I always suspected that they were scammers who keep unit listings up to collect application fees. I noticed this when I was a Housing Case Manager. I had helped multiple qualified clients apply and they always said that the applications were pending or the unit was offered to someone else. My suspicion was confirmed today when I was doing a housing search for myself and noticed that the same listings they had up a year ago for my clients are still up. There's no way that those units haven't been filled with the housing demand. Also, I have been to a few showings of places with them and their agents are unprofessional and rude."

"Here’s deets, Submitted an application 2-1-24 , called 2-5 for status updates. Was told wait 5 business days. Contacted them again 2/12/24 , response was we are awaiting response from landlord. Contacted 2/16 was told landlord has not responded, and we are in with other applicants. I inquired the first come first serve deal, and was told all applicants are submitted and landlords get to pic. Called today 2/26 and was told landlord has not responded, and that if I send promise note to pay double deposit I may be chosen. At this point I’m a week from having to relocate and not once has this agency reached out. To ME. Customer service is not good at all, and just know this is the service they provide."

"Incompetent staff. When we moved out, we had asked for an inspection. The staff member that did the inspection said everything was good and to email a receipt of the home cleaning we paid for to the office. We had money deducted from our deposit because apparently we didn't clean the house and they also charged us for removal of items that were installed on the property prior to us moving in. Either the empyee who inspected our home was poorly trained and incompetent or the other staff who went in after are the issue. Also apparently no staff bothered to do an inspection prior to us moving in to catch the "unauthorized" installations and we got stuck paying for the removal when we moved out. The property manager has still not responded to our inquiries about the improper charge."

"Would not recommend due to lack of communication. I believe that if you are working with someone, especially on something as important as a home, then they would at least be responsible enough to communicate when showings would be cancel and why they were canceled. Honestly, there are many property management companies in the valley (Cornerstone, Cal West, Excellence, etcs) and they have done a much better job with organization and communication! I would recommend going with someone else if not then work with them at your own risk."
