"Legacy at Hayward fails miserably when it comes to ensuring residents' safety. Our car, along with several others, was broken into within the supposedly secure confines of the gated garage. The management's solution is to periodically hire security, but it's a mere facade—a temporary fix that only lasts a few weeks before disappearing again, leaving residents vulnerable to theft. This pattern of negligence and inadequate security measures is unacceptable. Despite numerous incidents, the management seems indifferent and unwilling to implement a lasting solution. It's a continuous cycle of false promises and lack of genuine concern for the safety of those living here. I highly advise against choosing this residence if you value your safety and belongings. The lack of effort to rectify these recurring issues is a clear indication that Legacy at Hayward prioritizes appearances over the well-being of its residents. Avoid the headache and find a community that takes security seriously."

"Brand new apartments and nice amenities. But... They removed all the gated guest parking. Now there is limited street parking that is always full. Also they utilize keyless entry everywhere, so don't let your phone battery die or you'll get locked out and have to pay for maintenance to let you back in."

"Moving can be frustrating at times, especially when you are dealing with work commitments but Gladys at Legacy Hayward provided such an easy and smooth experience. From the moment that I toured the apartment, I felt confident in my decision to choose this place as my new home. The brand new appliances, modern build, and amenities were amazing but Gladys positive spirit and welcoming attitude took it over the top and I am so satisfied with my decision. I recommend anyone looking for a new place to live to stop by and check out Legacy Hayward. 10/10 Experience."
