"This place is nothing but a bunch of crooks they kept my deposit I had To file a court case against them which is next Friday they continue to double charge me and give me fraudulent ledgers they sold all of the visitors parking even handicap spaces the only have 8 handicap spaces for over 330 parking spaces which is illegal don't think about living here crooks"
"ever-worst management Please be aware that your money will not be refunded if you decide to move into this apartment. The money was taken despite the fact that we cleaned the unit and left it in the same condition as when we moved in. They won't react when asked in a demand letter."
"This place deserves a zero. Don't come here run away. I've been waiting for my holding deposit money now for two and a half months. They never answer their phones they never reply back with emails. They are very unprofessional. I'm glad I was denied cuz I'm surely don't want to live there after this. They're much better places in the area other than Glen Oaks. Even after the supposed owner said they would handle my holding deposit it still hasn't been done and this has been going on since May. I've contacted the office numerous times and yet nothing. By California law they should have returned my deposit 7 days after they denied my application. It's been over 3 months now."
