"Was trying to inquire about a 1 bedroom when a RUDE broad answered the phone and then hung up not even 10 seconds into the phone call. Hire new staff ASAP."
"I lived here for over a year very nice neighbors veryyyyy convenient location due to the freeways that are literally around the corner and walking distance to some stores. I loved that the apartments were very well taken care of when we got them and never did I see a bug or any thing like it!!! The only con I would say is that I would have felt safer if they would add a gate or some kind of protection to the property other than that good place."
"Good Neighbors, quiet complex, nice views of the bay. I really liked being away from other apartment complexes we're the only one on the Block so we get less traffic. Rent is higher then i would like but isn't that the case everywhere in the Bay Area now? My only issue really is how far a walk it is to get anywhere from here."
"We enjoyed our time here from July 2015 to March 2017. Our rent was about $2000 for a 2 bedroom with 3 parking. Seems to be what other places are going for. Water and garbage included. Manager lives on site. He is friendly and easily contacted if there are nlany problems. Neighbors are all friendly and there weren't any shady characters. The majority of the people living here work during the day. Laundry facilities are affordable, kept clean and well maintained. The pool gets frequent visits for chemical testing and cleaning. Parking can get tricky at night but we pay extra for reserved parking."
"The grounds aren't bad but the parking is absolutely outrageous, just not enough of it at all. Plus they expect residents to pay extra for a parkibg space or a garage. Parking is always an issue there. The rent keeps going up and up and I hear they're asking $1600 for a small 1 bedroom now and $1800 for a 2 bedroom...and trying for over $2000 for the 1 bedroom for future residents. Good place to stay away from. If they start harassing me about another rent increase again, I have no choice but to be outta here."
