"There was ants, no hot water & hard pillows … I tried to get a good picture of the ants but it was hard for my phone to focus. When we first arrived I didn’t see any but the morning following when we got up we noticed lots of ants all over the floors. & just not pleasant to shower in semi warm water especially when it was cold & raining during our trip. Wish it was hotter."
"The room is really wonderful! Clean, wide space, and large bed. The staffs here are also passionate. We have enjoyed good time during the stay. It is really convenient to drive here. There are plenty of space to park your car. Also, the Safeway is near the hotel."

"This motel prides itself on excellent customer service and experience. The front desk host acted as more of a concierge and allowed me to check in early as well as saw me pull up to the motel later that day in my rental car and came out and filled out the parking form for me without me asking. The rooms are good quality as it looks like they've been renovated fairly recently. They offer a Keurig brewer in the room and there is a nice little dinner within the same parking lot that has great service and delicious food. Overall a great stay at the Pacific Inn and would recommend anyone traveling in the area to stay there."
"For the price, it’s hard to beat. The staff was friendly. The room was really clean and looked newly renovated. I’d like a firmer bed but seems like preference. The fridge was slightly larger than a mini fridge and came with a separate freezer. It was a convenient location given how short of a drive to Monterey and Carmel. The diner attached to it was pretty good. We always had a parking spot when we came back but there was only a couple to choose from."
